About Our Support Groups

ABOARD’s Autism Connection of PA is the largest autism support group network in Pennsylvania, sponsoring over sixty groups across the state. The majority of our support groups are by and for parents of children on the autism spectrum. These groups provide support for managing the daily stresses of raising a child with autism. Group members meet regularly to share practical advice for raising children on the spectrum, and work together to maximize the potential of their children.

We also sponsors several social groups for teens and adults on the autism spectrum. These groups are facilitated by autism professionals who provide a safe and supportive venue for individuals with ASD to socialize, practice conversational skills, and share special interests.
